Shipping and Handling prices are included in the product price. The price you see is what you pay. The order will be sent via Australian Post or our preferred Courier.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours, making Australian deliveries about 2-4 days working days.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM
Occasionally, due to high demand, we may be out of stock in certain items. If we do not have an item in stock that you have ordered, you will be contacted via email or by phone. We will back order it for you or alternatively you may choose to have a substitute item delivered to you as soon as possible. We do not charge your credit card for out of stock item.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for any order particularly if the order will exceed $500.00. While all efforts are made to ensure the safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Consequently, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the delivery contractor.
RETURN POLICY:
Bush Babies will gladly exchange if you return your unused item/s in original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase. Any request for returns or exchanges must be made by either email or phone within 3 days of receiving the item/s. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) will be issued and must be quoted when the item/s is sent back to us. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment as we are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to our store. Refunds including freight cost for faulty items will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. Return postage however is the responsibility of the sender. Moreover, a freight cost will be charged on exchanges unless a returned item is faulty.
